From builders and their team: name, work email and phone, company details, and the content you enter (buyers, projects, quotations, payments, documents). From home buyers: the details a builder records and what a buyer submits through their private link, including uploaded documents. From website visitors: information you provide through our contact forms.

How we use it

To provide and operate the platform, to communicate with you, to process builder subscriptions, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data. We do not show third-party advertising.

Sharing

Data is isolated per builder. A buyer's information is visible only to that builder's authorised team and to loan officers a builder explicitly grants access to. We use trusted processors (hosting, email, file storage, payments) solely to run the service.

Data retention & your rights

We retain data while an account is active and as required by law. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
