VisitUsToday.in is a digital real estate project showcase platform owned and operated by INNOVEDANT.

We help builders showcase residential projects and connect with genuine buyers through exclusive enquiries, cost sheet requests and site visit requests.

VisitUsToday is not a real estate broker, property consultant or developer. We do not collect brokerage or become a party to any property transaction.

Builder Project Listings

Builders may list projects on VisitUsToday for the duration of their project lifecycle.

Project Information

Project details including pricing, floor plans, amenities, specifications, possession timelines, images and MahaRERA details are supplied by builders or obtained from publicly available sources.

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, VisitUsToday cannot guarantee that every listing is complete or up to date.

Prices, offers, availability and possession schedules may change without notice. Buyers should independently verify all information before making any financial decision.

Leads & Site Visits

Visitors may request cost sheets, callbacks, project information or site visits.

These enquiries may be shared exclusively with the respective builder so they can respond directly.

Builder Responsibilities

Builders agree to provide accurate information, respond professionally to enquiries and comply with all applicable laws including MahaRERA.

Builder Conduct Policy

If genuine complaints are received that a builder or its representatives harass, repeatedly disturb or mislead visitors, VisitUsToday may take the following action:

•Step 1 — Formal email requesting corrective action.

•Step 2 — Official written warning.

•Step 3 — Final warning.

•Step 4 — 30-day notice before removing the project listing.

VisitUsToday may immediately suspend or remove listings involving fraud, illegal activity or conduct harmful to visitors.

Limitation of Liability

VisitUsToday provides an online project showcase and lead generation platform only. We are not responsible for project delays, pricing changes, construction quality, legal disputes, builder commitments, loan approvals or financial losses arising from property transactions.

Acceptable Use

•Do not submit false information.

•Do not submit fake enquiries.

•Do not scrape listing data for commercial use.

•Do not interfere with platform security.

•Do not impersonate another individual or organisation.

No Refund Policy

Listing fees paid by builders are generally non-refundable once a project page has been published, except where required under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of VisitUsToday constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
