These terms govern your use of VisitUsToday.in. By using the platform you agree to them. Please have them reviewed by your legal counsel before you rely on them.

The service

We provide software for residential builders to manage the home-buyer journey. We may improve or change features over time.

Accounts & responsibility

You are responsible for your account, your team's access, and the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter — including obtaining any consent needed from your buyers.

Pricing & billing

The platform is billed per project. Founding builders (the first 21) pay a one-time fee for the complete life of a project; standard pricing is per project, per year. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Access to a project requires a valid subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to store unlawful content.

Data

You own your data. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep reasonable safeguards but provide the service "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may end the arrangement; on termination your access ends and we handle your data per the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
